TheSelection Selection Ca del Colle is the result of a long vine growing and oenologicaltradition; The entire family works day by day with passion, care andprofessional dedication, in order to offer to the consumer wines of highquality. 30 hectares of vineyards situated along the west hillside ofthe Euganean Hills, Regional Park. For over a decade they apply techniques of integrated cultivation, with thepurpose of reinforcing the biological-natural mechanisms, thus reducing thephyto sanitary treatments, in protection of both the atmosphere and the consumer.

Red wine, pouring an intense ruby color with purple glares.  The scent is pleasantly herbaceous, with red fruit breezes. Well-Rounded and sapid the  taste. The best expression is reached in pairing with dry soups, boiled meats, roasted white meats, game. Excellent also with the typical Italian pasta and beans.

Taste typical and winey, slightly herbaceous, dry, bodied, well balanced and tapered tannins. Good the warm sensation and the length. Red wine, pouring a deep ruby color. When young the scent remembers, the red berry with some tobacco and toasty breezes. The ageing in oak barrique, renders the scent exciting, and aromatic. Taste dry, bodied, well balanced and tapered tannins, lively and well structured, and pleasant the length. Excellent mate with red and grilled meats, seasoned cheeses.

Red wine with a firm character. Pours an intense ruby color. Taste dry and lingerig. The bouquet appears with a fine scent of wood fruit, spices and tanned leather. Good mate for first dishes with meat sauce, duck and wild pig. Excellent with white and red meats, medium seasoned cheeses and the typical Italian pasta and beans.

White wine with a straw color; with greenish glares. The fine and intense scent remembers pleasantly the dry fruit. The taste is sapid, well-rounded, well balanced the acidity, with a slight bitter almond finish. A good mate for white fish dishes, served with delicate sauces. Suitable also for a snack with delicatessen and light cheeses.
