The Selection C? del Monte offers excellent wines, produced with the knowledge and care of the best Veneto traditions. The farm, boasts about 30 hectares of vineyard, laying partially, inlimestone hills and mud-limestone flats, placed at feet of mount Lessini,  and other portions between Verona e Vicenzaon volcanic hills with soil rich of basal tuff. In these magic places, the vines give the best, surroundedby olive and cherry trees, giving inviting and delicious fruits. The variety ofgrapes bred, with dedication and care, are : Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave,Pinot bianco. Pinot grigio, Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon e Merlot. Thebreeding methods are : the Pergola Veronese and the short Guyot , simple ordouble. From grapes of such quality, are produced wines of excellence, underthe denominations DOC : Gambellara DOC, Soave DOC, Lessini Durello DOC, and Vicenza DOC.

Risiny (Passito) white wine with an intense, golden yellow color with amber glares. Intense aroma, seductive,  with fine notes of sun-dried grapes. Full-bodied and sweet taste, excellent balance in the alcoholic and sweet perception; pleasant length. Recommended as dessert, sipping wine, and with dry pastry. Excellent mate also for the blue cheeses and the p?t? de foie gras.

Risiny (Passito) white wine with an intense, golden yellow color with amber glares. Intense aroma, seductive,  with fine notes of sun-dried grapes. Full-bodied and sweet taste, excellent balance in the alcoholic and sweet perception; pleasant length. Recommended as dessert, sipping wine, and with dry pastry. Excellent mate also for the blue cheeses and the p?t? de foie gras.

White sparkling wine, with a golden yellow color and amber highlights. Intense fragrance, seductive with fine notes of sun-dried grapes. Taste elegant at the palate, fruity, assertive and sweet passito flavour. Accompanies very well pastry in general, excellent with the typical Veronese cake pandoro.

Cabernet Argione IGT

Red wine with an intense red color with slightly garnet tones. Wide aroma with breezes of red fruits and noble wood. Taste dry ,well-bodied, austere, expressing a first-class character, thanks to the noble natural tannins, and those of the wood, perfectly harmonized, after the ageing of 18 months in oak and 6 months in the bottle. Remarkable the taste length. Special wine, excellent in pairing with red meats, game, and seasoned cheesed, but enjoyable also as a full-course wine. Uncork some hours before serving.

Red wine with an intense red colour with slightly garnet tones. Wide aroma with breezes of red fruits and noble wood. Taste dry ,well-bodied, velvety with very well-balanced tannins; very good the mouth-feel length. Noble wine, excellent in pairing with red meats, game, and seasoned cheesed, but enjoyable also as a full-course wine. Uncork some hours before serving.

Red wine, with a firm character, pouring a bright red cardinal color. The scent is pleasantly winey, fresh, with intense wood fruit breezes. Well-Rounded and well-balanced the  taste; good the body and the velvety final feelings. Full-course wine, is a very good mate in the modern one course meals.

Red wine, with a firm character, pouring a bright red cardinal color. The scent is pleasantly winey, with the characteristic note of the cabernet sauvignon grape. Dry and sapid the  taste; well-bodied with velvety final feelings. Full-course wine, is a very good mate with salami, Parma ham, white and red meats .

White wine with a bright straw color. Fragrance is winey, fresh, with intense fruity and the distinct aroma of the Muller grapes. Taste smooth and velvety. Excellent the aromatic finish. Well satisfies the drinking demand of all ages. Recommended as aperitif, with appetizers, first dishes and with the pizza.

White wine with a clear straw color and greenish glares. The fragrance is delicate and elegant with floral and aromatic notes. Taste fresh, smooth and gentle. Excellent as aperitif, but also as full course wine with the exception of of the red meats. Excellent with fish dishes.
