The selection Cà Antica produces superior quality Prosecco DOC and IGT wines, supported by a secular viticultural and nological,  family tradition. The company was founded in1884 at St. Pietro di Feletto, situated between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene,along the "Strada del Vino Bianco ("Route of the White Wine"),in the heart of the production area of Prosecco DOC.

In these lands the passionfor viticulture and the tradition of vines and grapes are rooted since remote times. Here the sweet hills, the fertile ground and the mild and temperate climate area medicine for the cultivation of vineyards. The Passion of the family is applied, starting from the care of its vineyards, almost as they were a garden. They are manually cultivated, and growth using material derived from the forest, likestakes and supports, which have aid to maintain the environment and thelandscape unchanged through the time.  By 1922 the farm is conducted by the founder and his wife, that with love and devotion leaded their wines to the international scenario.

Since 1993 the sun  continues the work of his parents, with innate passion and professionality, cultivating directly the vineyards and checking personally thequality of the own wines. In 1995 the farm expands with the purchase of theestate La Selva from the noble family Viscuso. The estate, located on a sweethills of morenic origin, allows the Selection Cà Antica to obtain wines ofexcellent quality, thanks to a fertile soil, and the optimal exposure to sunlight.

Sparkling wine with a yellow straw colour, fine and leisurely perlage. Fragrance of Acacia flowers, wisteria, honey and wild apple. Taste velvety, and dry at the same time, thanks to a well balanced acidity, fruity and inviting. Pleasant as aperitif.  Excellent in pairing with shell fishes and mussels, fresh cheese and white meats. Good Companion for all the special celebrations.  Alc. 11,5% Vol, Serving Temp. 6 - 8° C

Sparkling wine with a yellow straw colour, and slight golden glares. Young and lively with a vivacious and leisurely perlage. Perfume, softly aromatic, rich of floral and fruity breezes, with a prevalence of green apple and lemon. Taste slightly sweet but with a good structure.  Pleasant as aperitif.  Excellent also as appetizer or  in pairing with delicate first dishes. Good Companion to accompany the entire meal, or for all the special celebrations.

White wine with chromaticity variation from the clear straw colour to coppery. Aroma clear, fine and fruity. Elegant taste, velvety and harmonic. Excellent as aperitif, is also a good mate for light appetizers, soups, fish dishes and soups, eggs based dishes. White wine with a yellow straw colour. Aroma clear, fine and fruity. Elegant taste, delicate and characteristic; at first palate fruity and floral, then assumes a remarkable fragrance of bread crust recently made. Excellent as aperitif, is also a good mate for light appetizers, soups, fish dishes and soups, eggs based dishes. Exciting with shrimps and lobster rise dishes, ad during spring with eggs and asparagus dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon IGT

Red wine with  a ruby colour tending to garnet with ageing. Aroma vinous, delicate, acquiring  violet scent with ageing. Taste dry, harmonic, full bodied and round. Recommended in pairing with roasted meats, horned lamb, foul and game. The seasoned cheeses are the preferred companions.  Alc. 12% Vol, Serving Temp. 16 - 18°

Red wine of defined character. Pours an intense ruby colour, with garnet shades according to ageing. Aroma winey, intense, characteristic, pleasant. Taste dry,  characteristic, tangy, well bodied, slightly herbaceous, with well balanced tannins, harmonic. Suggested as good mate for meat dishes, roasted meats, foul, game. Pleasantly inviting also with semi seasoned cheeses.

Pleasantly inviting also with semi seasoned cheeses.
