Detailed Product Description

The selection La Cascina is extended on a surface of 10 hectares, at 500 metres of altitude; here the vineyards draw a magic triangle, relaxed underthe sun, taking advantage of the best mountainsides. The Vineyard is grown inorder to achieve a final product as mush as possible, pure and genuine, in fullrespect of the time of the life cycle of nature. Pruning short, optimal thinningof grapes, to allow for an excellent maturation and a good relationship betweensugars and acidity, all with a constant attention to the climate variation ofthe seasons. In the Winery are applied withskilfulness : the ancient knowhow of thefarmer, the modern production methods, and the experience of a valid oenologist,obtaining so an excellent production of wines, (Barbera, Dolcetto, Roero, Moscato, Nebbiolo) which are the happy result of a constant effort. The whole family is engaged in the farm activities, all contributing with love and passion.

White wine, straw color; with greenish glares. The fine and intense scent remembers pleasantly the flowers. Taste with  pleasant acidity, well balanced and characteristic. A good mate for white fish dishes, or served with delicate sauces.

White sweet wine with an inviting straw color.  Perfume is intense and persistent with flower. Taste sweet and aromatic with great harmony, this sweet wine fits for parties. Excellent for all the celebrations, in pairing with petit four and tea biscuits, fruit cakes.

Dolcetto Dalba Navirot DOC

Red wine with a particular deep ruby red colour with lively purple reflections, after an ageing period it tends to garnet red.

Aroma fruity, with clear under wood fragrances. Taste Spicy with a full, warm and soft taste, sometimes underlined by lively tannin. Good mate for first dishes with meat sauce. Excellent with white and red meats, and medium seasoned cheeses.

Red wine with a firm character, pouring an intense ruby color, with lively purple reflections. The bouquet appears with a fine scent of vanilla. Taste pleasantly tannic and harmonious, with good body. Good mate with white and red meats.

Red wine with a firm character, pouring an intense ruby color. Perfume winey, with spicy notes. Taste dry, well-bodied, sapid. Good mate for flavoured second dishes, red meats, game, medium seasoned cheeses at the end of meals.

Barbera Dalba Superiore - DOC

Red wine with an intense ruby red colour with soft grenade glares. The ageing for 8 months in oak barrels, makes the perfume very intense complex and spicy with a pleasant note of wood.  Taste full and well structured. Good mate for flavoured second dishes, red meats, and game.
