Detailed Product Description

The selection Serraboella was born in one of the village most beautiful of Italy, on the hill Serraboella. This  is a small family run Farm with a property of 7 hectares, five of them constitute the vineyard. The whole family is engaged in all the activities, from the Vineyard to the cellar. Here the wines, produced with care and passion, and in the strict respect of traditions are : Barbaresco DOCG, Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, Barbera d'Alba DOC.

Red wine pouring a red garnet colour. The ageing for 24 months in oak barrels medium - large makes it unique. The perfume is complex, rich, with the scent of undergrowth violet, of jam and spices. Taste full, persuasively, with final gently bitter; rightly tannic. Excellent whit second important dishes, preferably read meats. Perfect  accompaniment with seasoned cheeses. Alc. 13,5% Vol.  Serving Temp. 18?-20?C

-Barbera Dalba  -  DOC

Red wine with a firm character. Pours an intense ruby red colour with soft grenade glares. The ageing for 24 months in oak barrels medium - large makes it special. Perfume very intense and complex, with violet of underbrush, raspberries, jam and spicy flavour. Taste full and structured, has good acidity, rightly tannic. Excellent the inviting lingering. Good mate for flavoured second dishes, red meats, game, medium seasoned cheeses at the end of meals.

Red wine pouring a ruby colour tending to violet light. Perfume is winy, intense, fruity and with hints of cherry. Taste dry and pleasantly bitter, with good body. Good mate for flavored and challenging first dishes, rise with mushrooms, white and red grilled meats, semi seasoned cheeses.
