Detailed Product Description

The Ca Risorta selection, is produced by a viticultural family since several generations, but alwaysattentive that the modern method of culture, are applied in order to guarantee the quality and flavours of the best tradition of the DOC Soave Classico area.

Most of the vineyards, are an historical nucleus always owned by the family, are situated between Mount Zoppega in Monteforte and Mount Tondo in Soave, both within the Classic Zone,the area that is more prone to yield a prestigious Soave.

The soils of mount Zoppega distinguish themselves from others because they are very dark coloured and havea high clay percentage, characteristics that make them richer, deeper andtherefore able to produce finer wines with more body that can age longer.

The viticulture techniques focus ona specific objective, namely a plants balance that helps reach the completematuration with high sugar levels and good amounts of aromatic components, all necessary conditions to obtain balanced and long lasting products.  The growing technique of the oldest vines, isthe classical Pergola Veronese. As for the new vines, the cultivation methodis the Guyot, whereby the trees are more dense and the yield per plant islower, thus allowing better sun radiation as compared to a traditional plants.

White wine with the yellow hue, softly powerful, enlivened by lightgreen shades. The fist perception in the nose is that of white flowers, and itbecomes more and more intense as the wine takes contact with the air, while thenotes of matured fruits, especially of yellow ones, are evident only in asecond moment. The palate corroborates all the foregoing olfactory perceptions,and the persistency and balance of the product are noticeable even afterswallowing. Full course wine, offers particular flavoured pairing with first dishes, fish dishes. Excellent also as aperitif.

White wine with a very intense and powerful colour, always intertwinedwith slight greenish shades. The nose is impressive; it exalts fruits ratherthan flowers, especially yellow fruits. In the mouth the foregoing perceptionsare all confirmed, and the attention is all focused on the great structure andthe sweet extracts. Full course wine, offers particular flavoured pairing with first dishes, fish dishes, white meatsand cheeses.

Monte Zoppega - Soave Classico  DOC

White wine with yellow hue colour, powerful, is enlivened by light greenshades. The sensation of the noise is complex, there are different sensation ofwhite flowers, sage leaves and balsamic sensation, on final the sensation noiseis like candied fruit. On the mouth is possible to note the particular ofTrebbiano grape, with softly of late harvest Garganega. There is on final awell-balance between the acidity components, and extractives. Full course wine,offers  particular flavoured pairing withlegume soups, fish dishes with vegetables, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Risiny White wine with a very powerful yellow colour. The strongestperception in the nose is the scent of honey and dried fruits, with some notes reminiscent of citrus. In the palate it is balanced and full, and exalts thehoney and yellow flowers aromas. A dessert and meditation wine, it accompaniesdry pastry, small assorted pastry, blue cheese varieties, goose pate.
