Detailed Product Description

The selection Cà Rinnovata comes from a combination of twenty years experience, love for the earth and passion for their work. The family farm, from the precious vineyards of own property, obtains the majorityof the wine production. The excellent quality of the wines, is the result of an attentive work carried out in respect of the traditions, and also with theskilful contribution of the modern technology.
The Prosecco of Valdobbiadene DOC, produced in the  versions : classic Still, Semi-sparkling, Sparkling (Spumante), is characterised by freshness, an inviting easy-drinking, and the ability of exciting and meeting also the preference ofthe exigent connoisseurs.

Bouquet rich with fruity hints, produced with grapesof : Pinot grigio, Incrocio Manzoni and Merlot; is a wine unique andinnovative. Flavour soft, fresh and lively, with a right length in the mouth.Excellent with flavoured fish dishes, pasta with delicate sauces, with lightvarious kinds of salami.
