The selection Cà Natura is created in Castelcerino,by a family with ancient family tree, whose origin dates back to 1300 andintertwines with that of the Tuscan clan Alberti Counts, that took possessionof Castelcerino after the defeat of the Ezzelini clan.  In the magic of castelcerino the familydevelops the deep passion for wine  that,with the time, is enhanced by competence, creativity, pleasure of research andinnovation. The vineyards of today are the same of the 1960s. They were re covered the original autochthonous organic biotypes of garganega and Trebbiano of Soave and with them, the new vineyards have been created.

The atmosphere of these enchanted places has influence, also on flavours of theland fruits. The volcanic basaltic rock and the limestone, which have givenorigin to the lands, ensures a special tanginess and salinity to the wines. Thealtitude from 320 to 400 metres and the presence of forests create, inaddition, an ideal microclimate, always winnowed and characterized by a good thermalvariation between the night and day; everything concur in favouring the persistence of perfumes and flavourings of wines.

In the old cellars of the farm, between rock walls, find an ideal place thesmall oak barrel dedicated to ageing of "important", wines like:  the Recioto di Soave D.O.C.G."Calprea", the Soave classico "Secco" e the Amarone"Castalberti".  The philosophythat guides the activity is simple and consistent : all is done according tonature, following an  organic farming method, without forcing nor intensive cultivation, in respect of the ConsortiumDOC disciplinary and with a maximum attention to quality, keeping the taste of a craft made, wine making :       onebottle at a time".

Catelcerino Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri

Wine obtained by the white-wine vinification, of thepure Garganega grape, selected and bred with Guyot and Pergola Veronesecultivation methods,  with a low outputfor each hectare. It is left mellowing in contact with the own wholemeal forseveral months and then naturally cold settled without any rough or depthfiltration. Colour straw yellow. At nose the bouquet is fine, floral and with agood mineral note. Taste dry, pleasantly savoury, well-structured, with goodlength and the typical almond back taste. with greenish reflexes. Excellent asaperitif, and in pairing with first dishes, fish dishes, shell fish and whitemeats. Also recommended as a wine to accompany the entire meal.

Monteseroni- Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri

The Soave Monteseroni is obtained, from a vine locatedat the border of a oak wood, on a mainly limestone soil, exposed southward. Thefermentation is at low temperature and the wine comes round in contact with theown wholemeal for at least six months. Then it is naturally cold settled,without any rough or depth filtration, and bottled at the end of May. Whitewine, with  a straw yellow colour.Bouquet delicate and fine, with softly fruity scent, which are enhanced,provided the wine is well aired before tasting. Taste round, soft, elegant andwith a good length. Excellent in pairing with first dishes, also thoseelaborated, cheeses, second dishes meat based an shell fishes.

Vigne dellaBrà (6m) - Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri

Wine obtained by the white-wine vinification, of thepure Garganega grape, selected and bred with the traditional Pergolacultivation method,  with a low outputfor each plant. Wine with a straw yellow colour and greenish glares. Bouquetmineral, pleasantly sulphureous, with floral breezes and a scent of aromaticherbs. Taste fresh, with a good tanginess, structure and length. Pleasant asaperitif, ideal in pairing with fish dishes, shell fishes and medium seasoned cheeses.

Vigne dellaBrà (20m) - Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri

Wine obtained by the white-wine vinification, of thepure Garganega grape, selected and bred with the traditional Pergolacultivation method,  with a low outputfor each plant. The fermentation is at low temperature and the wine comes roundin contact with the own wholemeal for at least twenty (20) months. Wine with astraw yellow colour and greenish glares. Bouquet mineral, pleasantlysulphureous, with floral breezes and a scent of aromatic herbs. Taste fresh,with a good tanginess, structure and length. Pleasant as aperitif, ideal inpairing with fish dishes,  shell fishesand medium seasoned cheeses.

Recioto Calprea - Soave  DOCG

Wine obtained with pure Garganega grape, carefullyselected from vines aged more than 40 years. The grapes picked up, between theend of September and the beginning of October, is left drying for more than sixmonths. The dried grapes are pressed between the end of March and the beginningof April. The must-wine, with a very high sugar ripeness, is left fermentingand ageing in small durmast barrels, for one year. Before bottling, only onepouring with a natural decantation is carried out. The Recioto Calprea has agolden yellow colour. Aroma lingering, with scent of ripe fruit, passito notestogether with spicy and toasted hints. Taste structured, with a good balancebetween sweetness and sourness. A dessert and meditation wine, it accompaniesrefinedly dry pastry, small assorted pastry, blue cheese varieties, marbledcheeses, and the goose patè.
