The Selection I Soci comes from three wine-growers and friends, that decided to cooperate in order to promote the best wines produced by their companies,reserving a qualified part of their wine production to be joined under one winelabel only, thus giving a further testimony of the territory roots and the product quality, that all of them want to carry on. The three friends are tuned on the goal that by using their devotion work and effort in the vineyards andin the cellars, the result will be a product of good quality, healthy andtypical, and suited to the best tradition of these Piedmont lands. The tasting experience, enjoyable with these wines, involves pleasantly also the sense of the finest connoisseurs, and reconfirm the value of both the territory and the autochthonous vines like Roero, Langhe, Arneis, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera and Muscat.

BaroloPiemonte DOCG

Pours a redgarnet colour tending to orange reflections.The perfume is complex andethereal, ripe fruit with hints of vanilla, green pepper and cinnamon.

Taste dryaustere with signs of liquorice, introduces a soft tannin, harmonic and bodiedExcellent with red meat, preferably game meat. Enjoyable as a meditation winewith the increase of years. Perfect accompaniment with seasoned cheeses

Barbaresco Piemonte DOCG

Pours a redgarnet colour tending to orange reflections. The perfume is complex, rich, withthe scent of undergrowth violet, of jam and spices. Taste full, persuasively,with final gently bitter; rightly tannic. Excellent whit second importantdishes, preferably read meats. Perfect accompaniment with seasoned cheeses

Roero Arneis Piemonte DOCG

White winewith a yellow straw colour, with light green hues, shining and intensetonalities. The fine perfume, the aroma is fruity, very intense with peach andmelon flavour. In the final a slight note of aromatic golden apple. Pleasanthints of yeast.  The taste is full andwarm. It is distinguished by a right balance between soft and hardness. With aattenuated acidity and intense feeling of honey, of light crusty bread; finallong and persistent thanks by the acacia flowers, pineapple and citrus hints.Excellent with delicate dishes, as appetizers, fish dishes, rise dishes.Suitable also for snacks with delicatessen and light cheeses.

BarberadAlba Piemonte DOC

Red winewith a firm character. Pours an intense ruby red colour with soft grenadeglares. Perfume very intense and complex, with violet of underbrush,raspberries and wild black cherry, jam and spicy flavour.

Taste fulland structured, has good acidity, rightly tannic. Excellent the invitinglingering. Good mate for flavoured second dishes, red meats, game, mediumseasoned cheeses at the end of meals.

Dolcetto d'Alba Piemonte DOC

Red winepouring a ruby colour tending to violet light. Perfume is winy, fruity and withhints of cherry. Taste dry and pleasantly bitter. Good mate for flavored andchallenging first dishes, rise with mushrooms, white and red grilled meats,semi seasoned cheeses.

Moscato d'Asti Piemonte DOC

White winewith a yellow straw colour and tints of Muscat grapes. Perfume is intense andpersistent with flower and fruit summery fragrances. Taste sweet and aromatic,great balance and lovely with great harmony. Excellent whit dessert, and withcheeses.
