The selection Cà Palazzo is a family run farm, living and working fromdecades on the hills of Diano DAlba. Here, three generations of wine growers,produce with passion and love, at that time like now, excellent wines, thatrise the spirits of all the wine estimators, whom wish to find in the Baccodrink the best expression or this Piedmont lands and of the conviviality. Themost representative wine is certainly the Dolcetto  of Diano dAlba with two selections: Sorì Cristinaand Vigna Santa Lucia to which can be added the Barbera d'Alba and Nebbiolo d'Alba aged in wooden barrels.

Red wine pouring a ruby colour with some deep violetglares. Perfume vinous, typical and fruity. Taste dry, harmonic, with apleasant bitter back taste. Good companion for, white and red grilled meats,semi seasoned cheeses.

Bouquet vinous, typical and fruity. Taste dry,harmonic, structured, with a slight acidity, and a pleasant bitter back taste.Excellent with first dishes, rise with mushrooms, white and red grilled meats,semi seasoned cheeses.

Red wine with a firm character, red ruby when youngwith tendency to red garnet after ageing. Bouquet  intense, characteristic, with a delicatefragrance. Taste full-bodied, the slight and pleasant acidity, make this wine asuitable companion for any type of cuisine . Good mate for flavoured seconddishes, red meats, medium seasoned cheeses at the end of meals.

Nebbiolod'Alba Sori Cristina - DOC

Red wine pouring an intense ruby red with garnetreflections after one ageing. Perfume characteristic, soft and delicate withreminiscent of violets that enhances and perfections with ageing. Taste drywith good body, rightly tannic, and a pleasantly bitterish  after-taste. Excellent with white and redmeats and medium seasoned cheeses.
