Detailed Product Description

The selection Cà Palazzo is a family run farm, living and working from decades on the hills of Diana DAlba. Here, three generations of wine growers, produce with passion and love, at that time like now, excellent wines, that rise the spirits of all the wine estimators, whom wish to find in the Bacco drink the best expression or this Piedmont lands and of the conviviality. The most representative wine is certainly the Dolcetto  of Diano d'Alba with two selections: Sorì Cristina and Vigna Santa Lucia to which can be added the Barbera d'Alba and Nebbiolo d'Alba aged in wooden barrels.

Dolcetto Diano d'Alba "Sori Cristina - DOC

Red wine pouring a ruby colour with some deep violet glares. Perfume vinous, typical and fruity. Taste dry, harmonic, with a pleasant bitter back taste. Good companion for, white and red grilled meats, semi seasoned cheeses.

Dolcetto Diano d'Alba "Santa Lucia" - DOC

Red wine loaded ruby with violet reflections.

Bouquet vinous, typical and fruity. Taste dry, harmonic, structured, with a slight acidity, and a pleasant bitter back taste. Excellent with first dishes, rise with mushrooms, white and red grilled meats, semi seasoned cheeses.

Barbera dAlba - DOC

Red wine with a firm character, red ruby when young with tendency to red garnet after ageing. Bouquet  intense, characteristic, with a delicate fragrance. Taste full-bodied, the slight and pleasant acidity, make this wine a suitable companion for any type of cuisine . Good mate for flavoured second dishes, red meats, medium seasoned cheeses at the end of meals.

Nebbiolo d'Alba Sori Cristina - DOC

Red wine pouring an intense ruby red with garnet reflections after one ageing. Perfume characteristic, soft and delicate with reminiscent of violets that enhances and perfections with ageing. Taste dry with good body, rightly tannic, and a pleasantly bitterish  after-taste. Excellent with white and red meats and medium seasoned cheeses.
